Key Highlight : To Drive digital sales growth and other digital channel metrics.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing a full Omnichannel growth strategy for Minor food digital brand product portfolio, identifying key growth areas, and developing growth plans, including all brand channels, products, and programs.
- Manage all aspects of Minor food flagship 1112D platform. This includes growth strategy, platform innovation, product roadmap, and day-to-day management.
- Strategic planning and management of the entire Minor food digital product portfolio and roadmap.
- Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as business cases for product portfolio.
- Lead major business development projects and targeted incremental growth initiatives.
- Responsible for digital sales growth and other key digital metrics for all digital brand sales channels.
- Oversee the entire funnel from user acquisition to customer retention to expansion.
- Draw on analytical and quantitative skills to define the right success metrics and critical metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations.
- Work in close coordination with brand and other cross functional teams to align on business objective, product strategy, growth plans and roadmap.
- To work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all product requirements are succinct and delivered on time and within budget.
- Passion for food and technology is a requirement, but, moreover, be deeply curious, motivated by always trying to take your product “craftsmanship” to the next level and profoundly persistent.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of eCommerce, technology, marketing, or product management.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple sites.
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.
- Very good communication skills in English languages in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills.
- You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow.
- High-level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
