In-store Merchandising Assistant

Job Description

“UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” is looking for an In-store Merchandising Assistant who will be responsible for In store window & display production part.

Responsibilities:

• Create and organize plans of Window and display in each store to maintain and increase awareness of Uniqlo
• Create/ edit Window and display directives that can deliver key messages and clear image as an end result
• Support and create artwork on High resolution for Window posters and in-store display
• Oversee the production and brief/ guide vendor and store staffs to arranging window and in-store display
• Cooperate with internal and external parties; e.g. store operations team, marketing team, production and printing companies, agencies, to create best design for each store
• Communicate with Global Head Office in Japan to standardize the guidelines creative work
• Monitor cost and manage within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in graphic design, window/display or related field
• Having at least 2 years experiences of graphic design, window/display design or related functions
• Experience in Fashion/ retail or related industry would be highly considered
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills are required
• Good command of both written and oral in Thai and English
• Well-organized, Detail-oriented and multi-task
• Fast execution, proactive and good team player
• Having a strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Having strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good command of computer proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
• Fluent in Japanese is a plus

Working Hour:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00
