Implementation of the brand image
- Manage windows & inside product displays in the defined locations
- Provide feedback through store photos reports and put forward visual ideas and suggestions linked to store’s business specificities
- Work closely with the Retail team by giving highlights of the VM strategy and taking into consideration store business challenges and feedbacks, aligned with VM strategy
- Development of zonings in accordance with VM guidelines, allocations of the store and the boutique manager
- Planning and roll-out of all product rotation according to the VM calendar in partnership with the VM Manager and the store management team
Communication and reporting
- Establish a regular & fluent communication with the local VM team through a common digital tool
- Communicate & aware Retail teams to the VM guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image
VM tool management
- Implement the display changes from VM guidelines within his store and keep the VM standards in a daily basis.
- Manage store props (display tools) inventory and alert the local teams needs
- Check in stores music and video
- Check decoration items (flowers, books…) in defined store
- Assist on local VM oriented in stores events with CRM teams
Collaboration on special projects
- Assist on local VM oriented in stores events with CRM teams
- Participate in local VM trainings
Profile
- Diploma or above in design studies or related subjects
- 2 years relevant experience in visual merchandising in retail industries
- Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges
- Creativity with interest in fashion, design and art
- Communication & relational, team spirit skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual eye for style and display composition
- Organizational and time management skills
- Show flexibility regarding working schedule when required (such as late nights and week-ends)
- English skills are mandatory
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; knowledge of Adobe pack (notably Photoshop) is a plus
