Hello! Aprilpoolday is looking for an experienced Creative Lead to guide and mentor our young creative team while maintaining the brand’s creative standard. If you’re passionate about developing people, building creative culture, and creating great work together, we’d love to meet you.
Position Summary:
You’ll work closely with our Producer and Creative Team to coach, give creative direction, and strengthen the team’s professional creative process while ensuring all creative output stays true to the Aprilpoolday brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor our creative team through real projects and constructive feedback.
- Maintain the creative standard across campaigns, content, styling, and brand communication.
- Guide creative thinking, visual storytelling, and concept development.
- Help build a more professional, collaborative, and independent creative team.
- Improve creative workflow, feedback, and review process.
- We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 8+ years in creative leadership, branding, fashion, lifestyle, or creative agency.
- Has experience leading and coaching creative teams.
- Has a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Is collaborative, humble, emotionally mature, and enjoys helping others grow.
- Has a passion for fashion, art, travel, and culture.
- This is a mid to senior-level contract position
Contract: 3–6 months
