- Good sense of design trends, fashion, and contemporary culture

- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
- Strong problem-solving skills, both on-site and during production
- Able to produce construction drawings and detailed design documents
- Comfortable with site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality
- Skilled in selecting materials and furniture with a strong balance between concept and function
- Proficient in SketchUp, Layout, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
