We’re Hiring:
We are growing our team and looking for people who are passionate about design, responsible for their work, proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.
Key Achievements:
Ensure the office has a clear and accurate view of actual site progress, quality, issues, and risks, while making sure site work follows the approved design.
Responsibilities:
- Visit and monitor assigned project sites regularly.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, and site activities.
- Check site work against approved drawings, specifications, materials, and design intent.
- Prepare Daily Site Reports with progress, manpower, photos, issues, and required actions.
- Identify and report site issues, defects, delays, risks, and potential VO works.
- Maintain Issue Logs, Defect Lists, Outstanding Lists, and Follow-up Lists.
- Prepare Weekly Progress Summaries.
- Coordinate with Interior Account Manager, Senior Interior Designer, and Senior QS.
- Attend relevant site meetings and follow up on action items until resolved.
- Maintain organized and traceable site documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related Interior Design field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Interior Site Coordination, Site Supervision, or related interior project work.
- Able to read and understand Interior Construction Drawings and Details.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, workmanship, and construction processes.
- Strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, responsible, and strong in follow-through.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable traveling between multiple project sites.
