LUMINARI | Jewelry Brand

About the role
You’ll be responsible for bringing Luminari’s jewelry design vision to life with care, clarity, and a high standard of execution. You’ll shape our collections across all categories while building the creative foundation of the brand. This role calls for a strong creative point of view, technical fluency in fine jewelry construction, and the ability to translate brand direction into designs that feel modern, meaningful, and commercially sound.

Rsponsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of new jewelry collections, from concept sketch to final production
  • Create detailed hand sketches and CAD designs for rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings
  • Develop designs that balance creativity with wearability and feasibility — ensuring every piece is technically sound and ready for production
  • Design with cost awareness, translating briefs tied to price targets into informed decisions around metal, carat weight, and stone selection
  • Research design trends, gemstones, and materials to keep collections innovative and commercially appealing
  • Collaborate with production teams and gem suppliers to prototype, test, and refine new ideas — advancing craftsmanship while maintaining production feasibility
  • Communicate directly with factories and suppliers — reviewing samples, providing clear technical feedback, and ensuring designs are executed to standard
  • Bring curiosity and creative problem-solving to R&D, exploring new techniques, materials, and construction methods
  • Maintain accurate design documentation including spec sheets and technical files for all collections
  • Ensure designs align with brand identity and seasonal collection themes
  • Work closely with marketing on product launches and collection storytelling

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in jewelry design, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury brands — candidates with 3–5 years and strong expertise in bridal and fine jewelry will be given special consideration
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original designs and completed collections with a contemporary aesthetic
  • Proficiency in CAD software (MatrixGold, Rhino, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Solid knowledge of gemstones, metals, and manufacturing techniques
  • Comfortable working independently and building processes from the ground up
  • Experience with international suppliers or manufacturers is an advantage

Job Details:

  • Office located at Sukhumvit 77, Bangkok
