Floétique | Clothing Brand

We also design using premium Italian fabrics and sustainable, recyclable elements.
Floétique is looking for a Junior Designer (Fashion & Graphic) to support both fashion product development and visual design. This role focuses primarily on fashion design, with additional support in graphic and campaign visuals.
You will work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to develop products from concept to sampling while ensuring all outputs align with Floétique’s performance-driven and refined brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fashion Design & Product Development (Primary)
- Research trends, materials, and performance wear innovations
- Support product development aligned with Floétique’s design direction
- Work with fabrics, trims, and suppliers while coordinating with pattern makers and factories
- Prepare basic spec sheets and product documentation
- Support sampling, fittings, and revisions
- Assist with product styling during campaign shoots
- Create garment graphics or textile patterns when needed
- Graphic Design & Visual Support
- Design visual assets for social media, website, and packaging
- Adapt graphics to align with brand identity and campaigns
- Support campaign shoots and content production
- Prepare final design files and maintain visual consistency
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in fashion design or a strong portfolio
- Basic understanding of garment construction and production workflow
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma is a plus)
- Ability to sketch garments or create apparel graphics
- Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and organization
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a remote / hybrid environment
Location: Sathu Pradit 48, Bangkok
Working Model: Hybrid / Remote-first, flexible hours with milestone-based delivery
