Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join TAO BIN’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our senior marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the marketing industry to gain valuable experience and grow their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends to inform campaign strategy.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including copywriting and graphic design.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure campaign goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
