GARMENTI is looking for a Junior Product Designer to work closely with the Brand Director in developing bags, accessories, and lifestyle products from concept to production.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop bags, accessories, small leather goods, and lifestyle products
- Translate creative direction into sketches, technical drawings, and 3D visuals
- Create Tech Packs, Specification Sheets, measurements, and construction details
- Develop product details including materials, hardware, colors, proportions, and functionality
- Create mockups, prototypes, and 3D models as needed
- Review samples with the Brand Director and prepare clear revision notes and technical feedback
- Research product, fashion, material, color, and lifestyle trends
- Support collection development and special collaboration projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Accessories Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0β2 years of experience are welcome
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Able to use at least one 3D design program such as Rhino, Blender, CLO 3D, SolidWorks, or similar
- Able to create Technical Drawings, Tech Packs, and Specification Sheets
- Good understanding of form, proportion, materials, construction, and product development
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and open to feedback
- Strong interest in fashion, bags, accessories, and lifestyle products
Portfolio:
Please include work that demonstrates your design process, such as sketches, 3D development, technical drawings, Tech Packs, prototypes, and final products.
Experience in bags, accessories, small leather goods, or lifestyle products will be considered a plus.
