JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking Marketing Visual Merchandise Designer with hands-on experience in retail display, skilled in transforming marketing concepts into engaging in-store and event experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing visual merchandising elements that support marketing objectives across all stores and events, including lightbox visuals, video content, window displays, floral art, and thematic setups. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand storytelling through spatial and visual design, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetic, and brand identity across every retail touchpoint.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop visual merchandising concepts that align with Thailand marketing campaigns and elevate the in-store brand experience.
- Create, produce, and manage in-store visual media, including lightbox graphics and video content, across all PAÑPURI stores in Thailand, ensuring alignment with each campaign’s visuals.
- Plan, design, and execute floral art, window displays, and thematic displays, bringing the brand’s storytelling to life in-store.
- Develop planograms and riser for pop-up, ensuring compatibility with existing furniture and display structures.
- Coordinate product requests and allocations for display purposes, with the ability to rearrange products and layouts across different stores or event zones.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and retail teams to ensure cohesive visual
- communication across campaigns and store experiences.
- Manage on-site display installations, ensuring all executions meet brand standards and event objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in experiential design, retail/F&B concepts, or pop-up activations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandise design projects.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
