We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandise Designer to join our team. The Merchandise Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing unique merchandise that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical skills, and an understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create compelling and on-brand merchandise concepts (e.g., apparel, accessories, packaging, promotional items) from ideation to final design.
- 3D Design: Develop accurate and visually appealing 3D renderings and prototypes to bring product concepts to life (must have)
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity, messaging, and target market.
- Technical Execution: Prepare detailed technical specifications, mockups, and production-ready files for manufacturing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Art team to ensure designs meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Review samples and pre-production items to ensure final products meet design intent and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in merchandise or product design (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Proficiency in 3D design software
- Strong communication and project management skills.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday with flexible start times.
You may begin work anytime between 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, completing a total of 9 hours per day (including breaks)
