Ampverse is seeking a highly motivated and organised E-commerce Merchandise Manager to run our product development process and manage commercial health of the e-commerce business.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring timeliness of our product launches, sourcing new OEM manufacturing procurement options and managing the entire logistics and supply chain of the Ampverse e-commerce business.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who has a passion for e-commerce, fashion, and retail.

The Responsibilities

  • Source for new product types and varieties to launch on our platforms
  • Maintain good relationships with existing manufacturers/factories and search for new partners for pipeline innovations/products
  • Analyse consumer purchasing patterns, predict future trends, and identify trends and new product or opportunities
  • Track our market to update on competitor moves, marketing & product strategy – react to be at the forefront of our industry
  • Develop seasonal promotion strategies for the assigned channel.
  • Work with teams across the organization to launch new product expansions and promotions.
  • Continually optimise the profitability of our portfolio while driving innovation and fresh thinking
  • Manage the product development, innovation and launch process with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and product success


  • 5+ years experience in new product development, buying, sourcing, merchandising, or procurement
  • Passion for gaming and esports is a bonus
  • Fluent in English and Thai
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Relentless, task oriented
  • Be able to work very well as a team with good interpersonal and stakeholder skills
