Job Description:
This role focuses on visual communication across all brand touchpoints.
It is not just about making things look good — but about creating visuals that communicate clearly, consistently, and authentically reflect each brand’s identity.
You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas, strategies, and brand stories into strong, cohesive visual outcomes across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior-level resource, providing guidance, mentorship, and high-level critique to the existing graphic design team to ensure all outputs meet brand and performance standards.
- Design layouts and visual assets online and offline for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, marketplaces, event, menu, and packaging
- Create visuals that align with each brand’s visualDNA and identity
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into clear and effective visual communication
- Support campaign shootings and content production, including basic photography when required
- Review work carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and timelines
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of brand visual direction
- Own the design and practical implementation of all physical store materials (e.g., new paper bags, product boxes, promotional signage, merchandising collateral)
- Able to apply knowledge of printing processes, material types, and cost constraints to ensure designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also manufacturable, durable, and feasible for store operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts & Design, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in branding or creative field.
- Production Know-How, Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of production materials (paper stocks, pantone, packaging type, printing techniques, die-cuts, and finishes)
- Ability to design within budget and operational constraints.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and visual composition
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual consistency and accuracy
- Able to understand brand character and maintain a consistent visual language across platforms
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with motion graphic is a strong plus! – After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender 3D) - Strong collaboration skills when working with marketing and content teams
- Basic photography skills are a strong plus
- Creative thinker with practical problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, eager to learn, and open to new ideas and feedback
- Strong interest in Food and Beverage, lifestyle, art & design and brand aesthetics
Location: Sri Ayutthaya, Bangkok
