Key Responsibilities:
- Creative & Campaign Support
- Assist the Creative Manager in planning and executing brand campaigns across all platforms
- Coordinate creative materials, timelines, and deliverables from concept to final executionSupport the development of mood boards, references, and visual directions
- Production & Shoot Coordination
- Assist in organizing and producing campaign shoots, lookbooks, editorials, and content shoots
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as photographers, stylists, models, and production crews
- Support on-set operations, ensuring shoots run smoothly and align with creative direction
- Events & Brand Activations
- Act as a key coordinator for events, pop-ups, and brand activations related to the creative team
- Support event planning, setup, on-site execution.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure creative consistency
- Track schedules, budgets, and logistics related to creative projects
- Help maintain organized archives of creative assets and references
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interest in fashion, design, and visual culture
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative, fashion, or production-related role (or relevant internships)
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to be hands-on during shoots and events
