Y+STUDIO is a studio with over 30 years experience working with global companies, creating and designing guest experiences for top hotels and airlines.  Our work involves branding, interiors, livery, equipment and dining ware. We have partnered with top world renowned clients such as Etihad Airways, Virgin Australia, Garuda Indonesia Kempinski Hotels and Savoy London.

Prerequisites

communication skills with a good command of English, used to working in a professional environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product development for aviation tabletops, equipment design, soft furnishings, accessories, uniforms, and packaging, ensuring quality, functionality, and design excellence across all elements.
  • Develop design concepts
  • Research materials and finishes suitable
  • Create high-quality renderings for presentations and production
  • Prepare detailed spec sheets for manufacturing
  • Collaborate closely with the design and consultant teams 
to refine product ideas

Basic qualifications: 

  • Strong communication skills with a good command of English
  • Experience or strong interest in aviation and lounge products such as uniform, textiles, kitchenware, tableware, or ceramics design—particularly with knowledge of specialized production methods in textiles, ceramics, metal, or glass.
  • Undergraduate degree or graduate degree in Product Design / Industrial Design / or related field
  • Proficient in CAD and 3D software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, 
or SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes across various materials and excellent sketching
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Basic proficiency in desktop formatting tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to research and recommend innovative materials, finishes, and production techniques
