หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:
- ศึกษาเทรนด์และกลุ่มลูกค้าผู้หญิง เพื่อกำหนดทิศทางคอลเลกชัน
- ออกแบบสินค้าและวาง Line Plan ในแต่ละซีซั่น
- จัดทำ Sketch และ Tech Pack
- คัดเลือกผ้าและวัสดุ (Fabric & Trims)
- ประสานงานโรงงานเรื่อง Sample และการฟิตติ้ง
- วางแผนต้นทุนและไทม์ไลน์การผลิตร่วมกับทีม
คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา:
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Fashion Design, Product Development, Textile หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปี (Activewear / Sportswear จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- Portfolio ที่แสดงกระบวนการตั้งแต่ Concept จนเป็นสินค้าจริง
- เข้าใจแพทเทิร์น การตัดเย็บ ผ้า และเทคนิคการผลิต
- ใช้ Illustrator และ Photoshop ได้ดี
- บริหาร Timeline และดูแลโปรเจกต์ได้ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ละเอียด และประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
Job Responsibilities:
- Research trends and women customers to set collection direction
- Design products and build seasonal line plans
- Create sketches and tech packs
- Source fabrics and trims
- Coordinate with factories on samples and fittings
- Plan costing and production timelines with the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design, Product Development, Textile, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience (Activewear / Sportswear preferred)
- Portfolio showing the full process from concept to product
- Solid knowledge of patterns, garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Able to manage timelines and projects end to end
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong cross-team collaborator
