Position Summary:
Manage the end-to-end development of Ready-to-Wear collections, ensuring products meet the brand’s design vision, quality standards, cost targets, and launch timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of Ready-to-Wear collections from concept to production.
- Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, and suppliers throughout the development process.
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials that align with design and quality requirements.
- Manage sample development, fittings, revisions, and approvals.
- Monitor product costs, timelines, and production readiness.
- Ensure product quality, fit, and construction meet brand standards.
- Support product launches by ensuring on-time delivery and accurate product information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Product Development, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of experience in Ready-to-Wear product development.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
- Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is preferred.
