The Opportunity 

We have an exciting position to join our SE Asia and Japan Construction Equipment Team. As a Product Marketing Specialist for Construction Equipment, you will support commercial team with a specific focus on the products and play a key role of Champion for assigned product lines and segments, creating efficient marketing mix to generate leads and penetration.

You will communicate and co-operate with the central product marketing to assure proper flow of information in both directions, assure continuous presence on the field with the dealers to support and develop product knowledge and intelligence and support the marketing and commercial team on all the possible day by day activities.

The Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage New product launches or new technology/ options on existing product, focus on entry strategy: Target markets, segments, customers, dealers, seasonality, competitors, Input for CNH product positioning vs. target competitors, Support on launch activities and events with Field Marketing, and Input on and support communication campaign
  • Field Product marketing: Current product support and follow up, Identification of target applications by product line, by market, Analysis of market opportunities: new markets, new segments / expand product range, new applications / existing product range, Development of dedicated sales training material with the support of the central staff functions: focus on local applications, new & existing segments / product range, key local competitors, Commercial training organization and delivery with support of central functions
  • Input regional needs and requirements in global CNH product definition
  • Liaison with service team for quality tracking and monitoring of telematics on key connected machines
  • Liaison with parts team for effective product promotion (attachments)
  • Coordinate with commercial team on price positioning, value chain analysis (focus on competitors benchmarking)
  • CNH Product offering rationalization and standard configuration management/ support in CNH systems
  • Team support on all product related day-to-day activities (technical Information, certificates, tender, management presentations)


  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Construction Equipment business in the area with major focus on the product (commercial training experience is a plus)
  • Good communication skills both with the customers and internally with other functions
  • Technical background (Heavy Equipment) is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of any other SEA language a plus
  • Analytical and independent approach
