The core business of Noble Development Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries is property development, composed of various types of residential projects such as land plot, single detached houses, townhouses, low-rise and high-rise condominiums. Noble has successfully developed 49 residential projects with total gross project value of more than 90 Billion Baht, across the prime locations in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Besides that, the Company also operates other businesses that are core business-related such as property rental and service, property management services, property services after transfer of ownership and services apartment

Job Scope :

• Survey land and site
• Develop project feasibility, project plan and budget plan
• Develop design with designer and verify the design to comply with regulations 
• Provide and procure Construction Management, Contractor and project material and interior decoration
• Submit EIA and related licenses
• Manage project plan on time and coordinate to designer and constructor.
• Ensure  the completion of construction and design ready to transfer 

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture  or Landscape Architecture
• At least 1-4 year’s experience in real estate development (e.g. Detached House, Townhouse, Condominium)
• Proficiency in design, project management skill, communication skill, coordination skill
• Proficiency in Auto Cad , Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up and relevant graphic programs.
• Good at in English
