What does a Project Coordinator do at Un-titled Lab?
As part of our Operation & Management team, you are primarily responsible for managing and coordinating with external stakeholders to drive success. You will oversee daily interactions between external partners and the company, ensuring our needs are met from start to finish. You are expected to assist your colleagues and leaderships by supporting them with project planning, monitoring, and progress updates, ensuring the projects are running seamlessly and delivering exceptional results.

What Else?

  • Take charge on maintaining office facilities and take care of office supplies.
  • Develop understanding and knowledge about design and brand.
  • Support Un-titled Lab’s business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or account management.
  • Experience in consulting.
  • Proficient with MS Office and project management software, e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, or equivalent.
