Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure all parties are on track with the requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with quality standards.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Managing Risks and Issues.
- Monitoring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualification:
- Experience at least 1 years in project management including business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Able to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Experience in Business Analyst skill is an advantage.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Experience in IT or Software business would be advantage
