Summary Role:
This position combines creative video production with trend-driven storytelling. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. Job Descriptions
- Develop and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Work with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate ideas into compelling video executions.
- Handle end-to-end video production including shooting, editing, sound, and basic motion graphics.
- Research and adapt emerging trends, challenges, and platform updates for innovative content ideas.
- Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements (formats, captions, music, and duration).
- Collaborate with influencers, talents, and production partners when required.
- Analyze content performance metrics and propose improvements for reach and engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of video content that meets creative and commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form video platforms.
- Creative eye for visual storytelling, editing styles, and trend adaptation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or samples of video work are required.
