What does an Art Director do at Un-titled Lab?
As a part of our Brand Lab team, you are expected to lead our design team and oversee the concept and art direction of various design projects, responding to the client’s brief. You will analysed and sense-making of data and insight to develop brand strategies and translate into compelling design strategies. You will primarily be responsible for leading and participating in crafting  powerful visual identities and transformative brand experiences, from establishing objectives to presenting the completed project to the client. Additionally, conducting research, collaborating with the team, overseeing design, and troubleshooting the visual brand elements are key aspects of your role.

What does a Senior Brand Strategist do at Un-titled Lab?

As part of our Strategy team, you will play a vital role in conducting research, analysis, and synthesis to drive our client’s brand strategies forward. Your primary focus will be on examining brands, customers, and the market to uncover valuable insights, identify challenges, and seize opportunities. Using this knowledge, you will craft comprehensive brand strategies and create captivating big ideas that establish a unique position, set them apart from competitors, and effectively engage their target customers for the long term.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest consumer research, market trends, as well as, tools and methodologies in the industry.
• Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Work flexibly and efficiently to fluidly adapt your approach to fit the project and team needs and constraints.
• Support Un-titled Lab’s business development activities.

Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Age: 28 – 32 years old
Experience: 6 – 10 year
Negotiable Salary: 32,000 – 45,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in brand strategy development, market analysis, and customer insights.
• Proficiency with verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard research tools, methodologies, and platforms.
• A passion for branding and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience as a brand strategist, brand manager, or similar role.
• Experience leading client meetings.
• Knowledge of online facilitation tools that enhance the virtual workshop experience—we currently use Google Workspace, Zoom, and Mural.
