We make an impact by sitting at the heart of consumer’s needs to make the marketing brief into attractive campaign and artwork design across Thailand.This process involves everything from generating ideas, liaise with house production, and design artworks online and offline. Our team is made up of art directors, copywriters, graphic designers and creative producers. If you are looking for an opportunity to participate in a number of exciting projects in the pipeline for Grab 2023 communication; online platform, TVC and out of home media, then you should join our team!Get to know the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious senior creative copywriter with proven skill of creative thinking and copywriting to help craft written text on artworks and maintain Grab branding mood & tone in every media channel by consistently maintaining and coaching copywriter team work quality. We believe a successful candidate has strong creative copywriting skills and a touch of creative strategy, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.The Day-to-Day Activities:
- You will be working closely with art directors and graphic designers on various campaigns, ranging from S to mega sized campaigns.
- Your work scope will be covered from editing & proofreading copy, writing clear and attractive copy, overseeing campaign productions, to creating creative campaigns
- You lead a team of 3 copywriters to produce fine creative copywriting and to protect Grab branding on every media channel by maintaining your team’s work quality and coaching them
- You support creative team in brainstorming creative ideas and IMC plan, including presenting structured creative ideas to marketing team
- You help collaborate with cross functioning teams; internal, external and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects to improve creative workflow and work quality Grab Confidential and Proprietary Owner: Ops Excellence (Talent Acquisition) : go/jd template
- You make an impact by providing creative input to help co-create amazing campaigns together as One-Grab
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Art, Marketing, journalism or related field.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in creative industry or advertising agency
- Professional writing, editing and proofreading skills, both Thai & English.
- Experience in advertising video production from creating idea to oversee production and post production process
- Strong creative ideation and creative strategy skills. Analytical mind and keen eyes for details
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with a good command of both spoken & written in English
- Be able to work under pressure in fast pacing environment with problem solving skills and teamwork spirit
The Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with SEO is a plus
- Having a personal connection with agencies and production house is a plus
- Knowledge of online content strategy and engagement strategy creative is a plus
