We are looking for a senior creative who thinks in concepts, not posts. Someone who understands that brand is built through taste, tension, culture, and consistency, not volume.
As Senior Creative & Brand Manager, you will shape the creative direction of our hospitality portfolio, with a focus on restaurants, lifestyle concepts, and new ventures. You will influence how the brand looks, feels, speaks, and evolves across every touchpoint.
You will collaborate closely with visionary chefs who treat cuisine as an art form, translating their creativity into compelling brand storytelling and memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Shape how our restaurants and brands look, feel, and speak
  • Turn strong ideas into campaigns, launches, and cultural moments
  • Create photo & video storytelling that captures food, craft, and atmosphere
  • Collaborate with visionary chefs, designers, and creative partners
  • Build meaningful collaborations, not gimmicks or trends
  • Connect creativity with real impact on brand growth

KPI for etcha (Brand & Michelin-Level Positioning):

  • Create 2–3 standout campaigns per quarter that people actually talk about
  • Keep every visual and story consistently sharp and on-brand (no compromises)
  • Drive +15–25% more demand for tasting menus, wine pairings, and special experiences
  • Hit 2–3x higher engagement than industry average (we care about saves & shares, not likes)
  • Influence 30–40% of monthly bookings through content and storytelling
  • Build a brand people want to experience, not just scroll past.

Who You Are:

  • 5–8 years in creative direction, brand, or art-led roles
  • Background in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, design, or creative agencies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and refined visual judgment
  • Experience leading projects, not just executing briefs
  • **Portfolio submission required**

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Working Style: Flexible clock-in/out, with daily presence in the office
