Job Descriptions
- Creative Direction & Brand Visuals
- Support the creative team in developing key campaigns, editorials, social media, events, and special projects 
aligned with MERGE’s brand identity and tone.
- Build upon moodboards, style guides, concept proposals, 
and visual references to ensure brand consistency across 
all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Offline Creative team to strengthen brand image and ensure seamless integration across 
online and offline channels.
- Research and analyze fashion and cultural trends 
to continuously inspire new creative directions that align 
with brand goals.
- Co-develop event concepts and project initiatives – from ideation to execution – for both small- and large-scale campaigns.
- Production Management & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end production processes, from pre-production and shooting to post-production, ensuring alignment with moodboards and brand direction.
- Manage production schedules, on-set art direction, and behind-the-scenes operations efficiently.
- Encourage innovation and lead actionable creative execution for assigned projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Develop creative strategies that drive brand goals and strengthen overall brand presence.
- Manage project budgets effectively and monitor timelines 
to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Brand Communication & Collaboration
- Review and approve artwork, captions, keywords, and headlines with the Writing / Social team before publication.
- Collaborate with Graphic, Marketing, Content, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure each campaign meets both branding and sales objectives.
- Represent the Creative team in key internal and external meetings, providing strategic input and recommendations 
to management.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in Creative, Fashion, 
or Production fields.
- Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and premium brand positioning.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Exceptional eye for Visuals, Styling, and Art Direction 
with brand awareness.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of handling challenges under pressure.
- Ability to work across both strategic (planning) and executional (hands-on) levels.
- Experience in marketing, strategic planning, and budget management in organizations with 100+ employees is a plus.
Location: Klongsan, Bangkok
Salary: 36K-80K THBdepending on qualifications and experience
