Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead design concepts based on client requirements and project goals.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Review design drawings and ensure accuracy before construction.
- • Select materials, furniture, finishes, and decorative elements.
- • Support and review work of junior designers.
- • Monitor project progress, resolve design issues, and conduct site visits.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in interior design or related fields.
- Strong ability to develop design concepts and overall design direction.
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and interior design elements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D rendering software.
- Strong presentation, communication, and English skills.
- Ability to work in a team, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple tasks.
