Senior Digital DesignerScope And Role

  • Accountable for designing the creative aspect of marketing campaigns to achieve client’s satisfaction 
  • Comfortable to provide advice, coach the team members, and make decisions which not conflict with the principles and processes of the team 
  • Comfortable to both working with the team and working individually 
  • Join the external meetings and make decisions (in some cases) instead of Manager 
  • Good attitude toward work 
  • Always create a good environment at work 

You Are

  • A creative mind with good leadership skills, as well as being a good team player 
  • Comfortable to both working with the team and working individually 
  • Able to work with other related departments, such as key account management, web developers, channel managers, etc. 
  • Able to endure fast pace environment and time pressure 

Requirement

  • Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and any other design tools 
  • Check the quality of design before sending out to the client 
  • Excellent in UX / UI is a plus 
  • Able to design for desktop mobile and tablet 
  • Able to do PowerPoint presentations 
  • Able to do motion graphic and video 
  • Able to design in all categories, especially fashion 
  • Be initiate, always create new things for team development 
  • Flexible 
  • Multi-tasking skill 
  • Able to understand clients’ needs and accept the client’s decisions 
  • Good English skill
