We’re Hiring:
We are growing our team and looking for people who are passionate about design, responsible for their work, proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.
Key Achievements:
Ensure every material, finish, furniture, and FF&E selection is beautiful, appropriate, available, within budget, and aligned with the overall design concept.
Responsibilities:
- Lead selection and specification of FF&E, materials, finishes, lighting, fabrics, and accessories.
- Develop material palettes and FF&E concepts with the design team.
- Source products and materials from local and international suppliers.
- Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, samples, and presentations.
- Coordinate pricing, availability, lead time, and alternatives with suppliers.
- Coordinate with Senior Interior Designer and QS to balance design, quality, budget, and timeline.
- Review material submissions, samples, and mock-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong supplier and product network.
- Maintain Studio Perception’s Material & FF&E Library.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related design field.
- 5+ years of experience in FF&E, Interior Design, or Material Specification.
- Excellent design sense, taste, material knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and interior products.
- Strong sourcing skills and preferably an established supplier network.
- Good understanding of pricing, specifications, lead times, and procurement processes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Good Thai and English communication skills.
