The Fresh Food Group β including getfresh, Fresh Hospitality, and Rodeo Tex Grill β is expanding and looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Graphic Design Manager (Food & Beverage) to lead our design and visual communication across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all design projects across getfresh restaurant, cafΓ©, and food brands (print, digital, packaging, and social media)
- Develop creative visual concepts aligned with each brand identity and campaign direction
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to design menus, in-store materials, and digital contents
- Manage and guide the design workflow from concept to final delivery β ensuring consistency and high visual impact
- Supervise photo shoots, brand assets, and ensure content aligns with F&B lifestyle trends
- Create bilingual design layouts (Thai & English) for campaigns, promotions, and events
- Coordinate with external printing, agencies, and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Art Director in the Food & Beverage industry for manager level OR 1-2 years of experience for executive level.
- Minimum direct experience 3-5 years of experience with Food & Beverage industry for manager level Or 1-2 years of experience for executive level.
- Strong portfolio showcasing food, restaurant, or hospitality-related design work
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
- Knowledge of motion / video editing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, color, and brand consistency
