We are seeking a highly creative designer with strong skills in storytelling, motion graphics, and commercial design. You’ll craft engaging visuals for social media, ads, packaging, and campaigns that drive awareness and sales. The role covers both digital and print, including motion content, packaging design, and event materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years in graphic design (digital + commercial brands)
- Understands how design choices impact engagement and conversion in marketing funnels
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and composition
- Open to feedback, flexible in fast-paced marketing environments
- Commercial mindset : understands the balance between branding and performance
- Lead design direction for brand campaigns (social media, packaging, events)
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver consistent brand identity
- Develop motion graphics & digital ads optimized for engagement and conversion
- Mentor junior graphic designers / freelancers
