Design, for us,

but what defines how a brand is remembered.
We are currently evolving our brand identity (CI)
and are looking for someone who can extend this foundation
into a clear and consistent Visual Direction
across all touchpoints.
This role is suited for someone with a strong design foundation,
a refined sense of taste,
and the ability to translate strategic thinking
into high-quality visual communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand strategy and communication concepts into clear and cohesive visual outputs
- Develop visual assets across key channels, including Social Media, Website, E-commerce, and Campaign Materials
- Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency and long-term scalability
- Create and refine key visuals, layouts, and visual elements in alignment with the brand identity
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Content teams to elevate creative output and overall quality
- Oversee the quality of design work end-to-end and ensure delivery meets defined standards
Requirements:
- 3β5 years of experience in Graphic Design / Branding with a portfolio demonstrating work in branding, layout, and campaign design
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into designβnot just execute briefs
- Understanding of the role of design in shaping brand perception
- Strong taste and judgement in determining what is appropriate for the brand in different contexts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Ability to collaborate effectively and receive feedback professionally
