As our business grows, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to not only contribute to our high design standards but also to lead, inspire, and shape our dynamic design team.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, motivate, and oversee a team of graphic designers, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and excellence.
• Design Prowess: Produce superior graphical content, raising the bar of excellence and setting a high standard for the team.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with client success, paid media, and social media teams to understand and translate brand visions effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee and review design outputs from team members, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the highest level of design quality.
• Process & Workflow Management: Streamline design processes for efficiency, and ensure the team adheres to set guidelines and timelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the impact of the designs in real campaigns, iterating for optimal outcomes.
• Team Development: Organise training sessions and workshops to upskill the design team and keep them abreast of the latest trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a senior graphic designer role or team lead, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
• Exceptional Portfolio: An impressive body of work that showcases a deep understanding of design principles and creativity.
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate, mentor, and bring the best out of team members.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address and rectify challenges related to design quality, team dynamics, and workflow efficiency.
• Adaptability: Resilient to changes and comfortable with directing a team amidst shifting project requirements or business objectives.
