At amcasia!, we’re looking for a Production Specialist who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty—coordinating suppliers, managing event structure builds, and making sure everything is safe and smooth on site.You’ll get to work on real projects with big-name clients, while gaining direct experience in managing live event production with a highly experienced team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Oversee the construction and installation of event structures (stages, booths, installations)
- Use 3D tools like SketchUp or AutoCAD to visualize and plan production layouts
- Work closely with designers and project managers to bring concepts to life
- Supervise on-site setup and teardown, ensuring safety and workflow efficiency
- Maintain quality control and troubleshoot issues under tight timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Production, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in event production, or on-site event operations.
- Familiarity with 3D software such as SketchUp or AutoCAD
- Calm, organized, and solution-oriented personality
- Experience in logistics, material coordination, or site work is a plus
- Fresh graduates with internship or project experience are highly encouraged to apply
