Position: Senior UX/UI designer
Location: Thonglor, Bangkok
Nationality: Any (Expat must relocate to Bangkok, Thailand after 4 months of probationary period)
Compensation: Fixed Salary
Mode of work: Hybrid (2-3 days WFH)

PropertyScout (former Flexstay Rentals) aims to reinvent the rental of residential properties for tenants and owners and become the most useful residential rental platform in South East Asia.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Develop compelling, user-friendly product design using storyboards, process flows, wireframes
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Implement style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Ensure effective implementation of designs by software engineers
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Qualifications

Core skills we expect from you

• 3+ years previous experience as a UI/UX/technical designer or a similar role
• Successfully designed digital products for website users
• Strong knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Balsamiq, InVision) and website design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Figma)
• Technical understanding of systems and technologies and ability to empower web developers to implement designs easily and effectively

Interpersonal, communication and (self-)management skills

• Creative and user-focused with a passion to build great products 
• Able to communicate well in English (written and spoken)
• Great team player, eager to brainstorm and get things done
• Passion for designing awesome products
• Ability to take a project from scoping through successful launch and growth
• Fast-paced and detail-oriented
