Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for brand social media pages.
- Collaborate with the founder to develop monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Turn product features and benefits into fun, educational, and emotionally engaging content.
- Continuously explore and learn new short-form video formats, creative techniques, and mobile filming styles.
- Stay on top of social trends, trending audio, and platform updates — and adapt quickly.
- Represent the brand consistently in tone, personality, and visual style.
- Track content performance and iterate based on insights.
- Appear on-camera to help humanize and build the brand’s personality.
Qulificaions
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Deep understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Skilled in mobile editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or Adobe Rush.
- Creative storyteller with a strong eye for visual aesthetics, detail, and trend adaptation.
- Able to independently plan, shoot, and edit high-performing content
- Passionate about the F&B, FMCG, or lifestyle space — ideally with a love for durian.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
