Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies (monthly / quarterly)
- Create content calendars, captions, and hashtag strategies
- Produce, shoot, edit, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8)
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Develop content ideas, scripts, hooks, and storytelling concepts
- Engage with audiences via comments and direct messages
- Analyze content performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Coordinate with creators, influencers, and internal teams
- Stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Deliver brand-ready content assets (UGC, lifestyle, product)
- Support LINE Broadcast and sales-related content based on marketing plans
- Support live sessions and campaign executions
Skills:
- Strong storytelling and creativity with a clear understanding of brand identity
- Solid understanding of social media strategy and content planning
- Ability to maintain a consistent visual and content feed
- Video editing, photography, and basic graphic design skills
- Confident on-camera presence
- Strong awareness of social media platforms and trends
- Copywriting skills with brand voice consistency
- Community management and basic analytics understanding
- Strong interest in fashion and brand-driven content
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience in social media or content creation
- Familiar with creator tools and apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
