The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content across digital platforms to support brand awareness, visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Content Planning & Ownership
- Develop and manage a rolling 12-month global content calendar aligned with business priorities, campaigns, tradeshows, and destination highlights
- Coordinate content submissions and story ideas from country teams
- Proactively identify content opportunities across the business
- Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand voice
- Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across global channels
- Design social media posts using Canva templates
- Produce short-form video content for social platforms when required
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics
- Provide regular reporting and performance insights
- Recommend improvements based on analytics
- Content Creation
- Write social media content, website news articles, and marketing copy
- Conduct interviews with internal teams to gather stories and insights
- Adapt and edit destination content for external audiences
- Support storytelling that positions the company as a destination and events expert in Asia
- Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing administrative duties
- Support campaign coordination and content-related projects as required
