The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content across digital platforms to support brand awareness, visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Ownership
    • Develop and manage a rolling 12-month global content calendar aligned with business priorities, campaigns, tradeshows, and destination highlights
    • Coordinate content submissions and story ideas from country teams
    • Proactively identify content opportunities across the business
    • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand voice
  • Social Media Management
    • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across global channels
    • Design social media posts using Canva templates
    • Produce short-form video content for social platforms when required
    • Monitor engagement and performance metrics
    • Provide regular reporting and performance insights
    • Recommend improvements based on analytics
  • Content Creation
    • Write social media content, website news articles, and marketing copy
    • Conduct interviews with internal teams to gather stories and insights
    • Adapt and edit destination content for external audiences
    • Support storytelling that positions the company as a destination and events expert in Asia
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with marketing administrative duties
    • Support campaign coordination and content-related projects as required
