Main Purpose

To establish support for the APAC Transformation team members across the sector. Provide support on calendar management, T&E, meeting scheduling, communications, deck preparation, and any other task assigned by Transformation VP


  • Transformation VP : full administrative support to ensure smooth work flow for VP, maintain records and reimbursement for T&E, ensure meeting schedule with business associates, visitors, and consultants; ensure full compliance with all sector policiesGeneral Admin to Transformation Team: Oversee general administration functionality to Team associates across APAC countries on bookings, visa arrangement, general T&E, scheduling, and coordination with consultants and external parties.Employee Related Activities: Implement and manage ongoing employee relations and communication agenda, i.e. Weekly meetings, annual outing, holiday events, and/or year-end party to engage transformation associates.Training: Work with VP, HR, and team to identify and arrange relevant training sessions for Transformation associates to improve team work and core skill competencyProcurement: Act as a center of department for procurement process such as create PR, monitor PO and follow up GR in the system (MyBUY and SAP)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience3-5 years minimum experience as administrative assistant or departmental coordinatorDiligence in tracking activities, meetings, and follow ups on team deliverablesAbility to remotely support associates across all countries in APAC including China, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia. Primary support for VP in Australia.Proficiency in both written and spoken English to take notes during key meetingsCreativity to support deck creation and unique engagement activitiesBasic project management skills to track deliverables for the team based on plan outlines by VP, PM, or other team membersUnderstanding on PepsiCo policies with focus on Smart Spend and local specific policies for APAC SectorCollaboration with team from multiple nationalities
