Plaimanas industries is an innovative web designer team in Bangkok,Thailand. We have 16 years experience in Web design & Online marketing industry, and has worked with an agency in NY as well as small local startups in Thailand.

We’re looking for a talented and self-driven UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team. We boast a diverse clientele ranging from fledgling start-ups to well-established brands, offering the opportunity to work on an array of creative projects. Each project is approached uniquely, with its voice, character, and personality given due consideration. We’re fanatical about attention to detail and craftsmanship until the product is finalized.
As a newcomer, we aim to boost your confidence, helping you flourish and grow into an accomplished designer.

About you!

• You are a versatile designer with a portfolio brimming with innovative ideas. You display a curiosity for knowledge, enthusiasm, and a passion for creativity.
• You’re an excellent communicator, naturally kind, and able to inspire the team with clarity and positivity.
• You’re comfortable juggling several projects, prioritizing conflicting tasks with ease.
• Your attention to detail is exemplary, complemented by your methodical approach and superior time management skills.
• You demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for design, coupled with an acute eye for detail.
• Your organizational skills are top-notch.
• You’re adept at working with numerous stakeholders, mediating conflicting interests when necessary.
• You show enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies.
• You have experience working with project management and design software, especially Adobe Photoshop and Figma. Your retouching skills in Photoshop are exceptional, and your prototyping skills in Figma are highly developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to comprehend an initial brief, understand the DNA of a client, interpret the brief, and lead to the creation of a range of concepts with compelling ideas.
• Craft ideas from concept through to final finished solutions.
• Collaborate with team members, including copywriters and photographers when applicable.
• Present concepts internally and in client-facing meetings.

Conditions
