The Opportunity:
Gourmet Innovation Company Limited is looking for a Creator to lead our video content on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. We run restaurants, so most of the action happens out in the field in the kitchens, at events, at openings, around the table with guests and partners. This is not a desk job.
You will join our marketing team and work closely with our in-house talent and influencer partners. We are looking for a social animal with a camera, someone who is comfortable showing up, talking to people, and capturing the moment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Follow social media trends and adapt them quickly into content that fits our brand
- Direct team members, actors, and influencers on camera, and appear on camera yourself when needed
- Test different formats, hooks, and angles, and build on what performs well
- Use AI tools where they speed up production or open up new ideas
- Handle post-production: editing, captions, sound, and pacing
- Work with the marketing team on content planning, launches, and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including current formats and what drives reach
- Practical experience producing short-form video, whether from personal projects, agency work, or in-house roles
- Confident video editing skills in any of the standard tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Comfortable working on both sides of the camera
- A portfolio or showreel we can review
Preferred Experience:
- Long-form video production and post-production (YouTube, podcasts, documentary-style content)
- Previous work with influencers or on-camera talent
- Background in food, beverage, hospitality, or e-commerce
- Basic graphic design for thumbnails and supporting visuals
- An active personal social media presence
Location: Sukhumvit 77, Bangkok (Head Office with frequent travel to branch sites and facilities.)
