Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Collaborate with creative to develop shooting board that align with client briefs and campaign goals.
- Filming & Production: Execute high-quality video shoots for diverse needs, including social media campaigns, always-on content, and internal content.
- Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into impactful video content. This includes incorporating motion graphics, text overlays, visual effects, and performing color grading and audio mixing.
- Content Focus: Produce eye-catching vertical short-form videos optimized for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in video production / advertising agency.
- Expertise in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Proficiency in motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of camera operation (including Sony and phone cameras), composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording. Experienced with DJI gimbal is preferable.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging video formats, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance video performance.
