JOB SCOPE: 

Visual merchandising for retail business and design POSM for promotion (Offline store). To make the standardize of brand awareness level and get retail business attractive and eye catchy to client.

Goal & Responsibility

  • Deliver VM tools and POSM to all store with timeline.
  • Planning and foresee all over process before animation cycle launch (Product campaign launch).
  • Sourcing VM tools and window display props and installation. Responsible for forecasting VM material, management life of display ensures the quantity are sufficient.
  • Create guideline, sheets and roll out to retail team also present to manager before execution.
  • Simplified local guideline for BA to follow in launching campaign.
  • Work closely and monitor budget and Marketing plan.
  • Responsible for Store per marketing calendar. Ensure whenever are not covered by guidelines, to make the necessary suggestions to regional VM in creative manner.
  • Ensure Yves Rocher is well present in store environment.
  • Good source of vendor and specialist including skills to develop local production quality, knowledge, sourcing for alternative when there is limitation.
  • Be a champion of understanding global guideline for assigned product category. Ensure to keep track of information, share visual/ animation assets, color proof, local production prototype to the team.
  • Conduct regular store visit to ensure POS has the correct implementation and keep abreast of VM quality.
  • Support developing BAs, promoter, retail team on VM skills and to understand Yves Rocher requirement at POS level.
  • Document photos of the campaign launch and provide constructive feedback to Manager.
  • Be part of large-scale project such as popup store, mega installation, and boutique opening.
  • Support corporate / divisional task that required VM perspective and skills.

Skills 

  • Good and expert on graphic and illustration design. (Adobe Photoshop – Illustrator)
  • Good in Microsoft program (Excel & Power point)
  • Creative skill and local initiate are a must.
  • Well Manage on what urgent and fundamental.
  • Be able to work closely with Demand planning Managers, Product manager, Inventory manager, Retail field team and Suppliers.
