What channels do you get inspiration for your work ideas?
both online and offline
We find inspiration by talking to people, especially our users. By understanding their needs, we then translate insights into ideas. For online, we find inspiration from studying digital products in other industries and around the world.
What are your techniques in flexibly conveying tasks to the team members?
Having a strong framework and best practices in our design process. Give ownership to the designers and trust in them, leaving room for creativity and learning.
What should a designer look out for when designing?
You are not always the users. As a UX designer,
you should test out your assumptions to reduce
personal bias.
Apart from design skills, what are some additional qualities
or attributes that designers should have?
