Design has always been associated with humans. I am interested and believe in a process called ‘Human- Centered Design’ because it can help people solve a variety of problems.
Therefore I’m eager to learn and develop my potential in this field in order to be a designer who understand human in all angles.

- Data visualization involves planning, implementing, and representing qualitative and quantitative research. - Creating user personas, mapping user journeys, conducting benchmarking studies, and performing A/B testing utilizing agile methodologies. - Develop and lead the UX strategy for the company ecosystem, including strategy boards, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, feature matrices, and detailed visual mockups. - Managing the design process and communicating with early target customers and CEOs. - Led and developed UI and brand concepts with the marketing team. - Assign and monitor UX and UI designers' activities, evaluate staff performance and team assessments, and manage escalated/critical issues. - Developed the company's design system, as well as user interface guidelines based on projects. - Training and onboarding processes, as well as instructional content experiences for the system. - Staying current on UX/UI design trends and technology. It's like a modern mobile banking app, giving you a glimpse of decentralized finance's future. - The FWX DeFi is a Decentralized Derivatives Platform, built on EVM based chains, that allows users to anticipate price direction or hedge their risk against price fluctuation using an advanced protocol named the Automated Position Hedger.
User experience for CRM project - exploration & recommendation on how to bold brand’s uniqueness and purpose. - Conduct user experience research and create UX concepts, strategies, and flows. - Enhance the user experience on the corporate website by simplifying navigation and content strategy. - Facilitating workshops on vision, mission, pain points, and identifying business gaps are essential aspects of improving business strategy. - Create user journey, interview questions and user anatomy. - Provide a condensed overview of the user experience report to the customer.
