Hi! There, My name is Ratanaporn Thaochalee
(You can call me by my nickname “Maprang”) I am a creative data-driven marketer with a background in design, creative strategy, digital storytelling, and marketing data analytics.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, I developed cross-functional experience across creative, content marketing, and digital marketing roles, where I connected brand messaging to measurable marketing results through integrated marketing activities.
In my roles across in-house and advertising agency, I leveraged data analysis, market research, and performance metrics to inform content strategy, optimize customer engagement, and improve conversion across digital channels. I later progressed into a Digital Marketing Specialist role within the corporate mental well-being sector, where I led B2B marketing strategies, rebranding initiatives, and product positioning in collaboration with psychologists. Using customer data and behavioral insights, I designed solutions that addressed pain points, strengthened brand equity, and supported revenue growth.
To further enhance my ability to connect analytics with business impact, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science. This enables me to analyze consumer behavior, evaluate campaign and sales performance, generate actionable insights, and turn data into marketing strategies that support business growth. Additionally, build communication strategies to grow the brand, promote products, and increase sales through digital platforms and marketplaces.
