-Managed and Coordinated as an administrator in the UAT project for new Shopify bridge on Google Sheets and EcommereceIQ to tracking and ensuring the test cases have met the needs of both the customers and the brands. -Redesigned Product Information Management system in EIQ using draw.io to making flowchart and Figma to create UX/UI prototypes to solve the overwhelmed working problems for Store Operators and Quality Assurances. -Coordinated and Assisted the stakeholders across the organization to make sure that the work and launch are well-collaborated among teams.
-Coordinated between customers,hotel and online travel booking platforms eg.Agoda and Booking. -Managed reservation system and communicated with both Thai and foreign customers via online and on-site. -Created and Designed contents for advertising and informing hotel news on Facebook Page.
