Radicle Beer | Craft Beer Factory
The Role:
We’re looking for a creative and curious individual to help grow the Radicle brand through content, storytelling, and design.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. It’s an opportunity to help shape a young independent brewery and contribute ideas that influence how people experience the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Social Media
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Create graphics, posts, stories, and short-form content
- Help maintain Radicle’s visual identity across platforms
- Support content creation at the brewery and events
- Brand & Community
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and events
- Help tell stories around beer, brewing, food, and culture
- Design & Creative Support
- Design promotional materials, menus, posters, and event assets
- Assist with merchandise and packaging concepts
Must Have:
- Strong graphic design skills and portfolio
- Good visual taste and creativity
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
- Comfortable creating content for social media
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bonus Points:
- Photography or videography skills
- Motion graphics experience
- Experience with hospitality, food, beverage, or creative brands
- Passion for craft beer, food, music, art, and subcultures
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 18,000 β 25,000 THB/month (depending on experience)
- Profit-sharing program for all employees
- Hybrid working arrangement
- 3 days onsite at the brewery
- Remaining days work from home – 2 days
- Staff meals provided during onsite work days
- Opportunity to grow with an independent brewery from an early stage
