We are not looking for someone to ”make content on demand“ — but for a ”co-storyteller of the AERA World.“
Currently, the AERA marketing team has two founders and other team members ready to charge ahead with you. This is your opportunity to become the ”first architect“ of our marketing team. You will have a blank canvas to fully unleash your ideas to communicate the world of AN-A-ERA as clearly as possible. If you are passionate about storytelling, can turn ideas into actual views (and sales), and are ready to grab a camera, shoot, and edit it yourself… this is your playground.
Mission:
Be the voice that brings the AERA World to life! Through stylish still images and short-form videos that attract the right people and generate sales, all while having complete autonomy to manage your own work and pitch new ideas without waiting for instructions.
90-Day Outcomes:
- Month 1 (Sync & Build): Get on the same wavelength as the founders, distilling our vision into content pillars and the most effective storytelling style.
- Month 2-3 (Test & Run): Produce actual content (Reels/TikTok/Instagram) with consistent speed, test new ideas, analyze data to see what works, and adjust accordingly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Content/Social Media (with a portfolio proving your work creates real impact).
- Core Skills: Strong storytelling ability, understanding of how to hook viewers and how to keep them stay, and proficiency in mobile or computer-based editing and design tools.
- Work Style:
- Own Your Shit: You own every piece of your work and feel proud of it.
- Hands-on Door: Able to work on-site, set up lights, carry the camera (there’s a team to help, but primarily you run the show).
- Direct & Open: We talk straight. Mistakes happen, we try again. No pretense, no drama—focus on discussing results to improve.
